Jess Hogg – Promotion to Senior Ecologist
Jess joined our team after working with a large engineering house as a graduate. Since coming on board, her positive attitude, commitment to technical development and project delivery excellence has seen her involvement in some of our most challenging projects. She’s the best soccer player in E2M’s squad history and is known for her legendary skills in tackling the black-throated finch landscape genetics data analysis.
Peter Wagner – Promotion to Principal Ecologist
Peter has been an essential member of our team for nearly 9 years. As our key botanist, his skills, knowledge and experience have made significant contributions to almost all of our projects. His ability to develop strong and valued relationships with our clients is underpinned by exceptional project management skills which ensure deliverables meet demand. Our graduate and professional services team value his wry sparkle and wit as he shares his skills in training, coaching and mentoring ecology skills across our business.
John van Osta – Promotion to Principal Ecologist
John has been with us since 2016, developing a key eye for innovation and an unwavering commitment to technology driven ecology at E2M. He’s a machine learning and data expert, leading our projects to new levels of innovation and efficiency. Bringing a pro-active approach to seeking out new technologies, John’s leadership in data capture and processing for the black-throated finch research project has been game changing for our client, the industry and for his PhD studies. He’s also smashed goals as the 3rd winner of the NRL SuperCoach competition here at E2M.
Chays Ogston – Promotion to Principal Ecologist
Chays returned to Australia from overseas and joined E2M in 2017. He brings technical excellence and an intrinsic understanding of how to deliver commercial success and technical brilliance on a project. As a much respected and valued member of our team and known across our industry as one of the best, Chays’ attention to detail and logistical expertise has ensured we meet quality, time and technical parameters. We also thank him for his engagement in less than enjoyable fishing and lure conversations with key members of our leadership team!
