Our Services

We offer four key services across our business: terrestrial ecology, biodiversity offsets, spatial services and environmental management & compliance.

Terrestrial Ecology

Our clients need an experienced team of ecologists capable of assessing your project site in a safe and time-effective manner. We’re specialists in the identification, management and monitoring of threatened species and communities of flora and fauna. From pre-approval to post-construction, our practices offer a positive solution for you, your project, and the environment.

Working with us means access to a dedicated and responsive team of experts, committed to providing high-quality support and results.

Our track record speaks volumes Previous projects we have proven success in include our Winchester South Mine Terrestrial environmental assessment. The success of this project is a testament to our multiple meticulous surveys of the site, facilitating the survey and management requirements of key threatened fauna and flora species and ecological communities.

Biodiversity Offsets

We offer extensive experience of conducting biodiversity offset assessments and preparing offset strategies and management plans. We work with you to identify impacts to ecological values that will require management under Commonwealth and State legislation. Where impacts to these values cannot be avoided, we communicate the potential for offset requirements as early as possible.

Our team is working with the Winchester South Mine Development to provide an assessment of the impact on threatened fauna and flora, and ecological communities, identifying key threatened species and identifying offset opportunities for the project while assisting the team in meeting Government offset requirements.

Spatial Services

Our capability in technology-driven ecology allows us to provide more effective and targeted ecology solutions and efficiency across your projects.

Our services are engineered to provide a unique perspective on your project by leveraging technology to map, visualise and analyse the physical fabric and composition of our lived environment.

Our in-house geographic information system (GIS) team bring expertise, experience and technology to provide a comprehensive analysis of your project environment, and forsee potential issues and opportunities ahead.

Our data capture and management solutions are safe, reliable, secure and accurate, resulting in balanced and commercially-informed environmental outcomes for your business.

Evidence of our technological expertise can be seen in this project where we undertook a remote sensing assessment of the Hairy-flowered Love Grass, using high-resolution, multi-spectral, aerial imagery to capture hairy-flowered love grass infestations, over a site of 1400 hectares.

Environmental Management and Compliance

Our team has a proven track-record of working with our clients to achieve environmental compliance.

We design and execute long-term rehabilitation programs, develop ecological monitoring programs, undertake independent audits and recommend project design changes to ensure our clients achieve compliance with Commonwealth and State legislation.

Through our expertise in compliance, we prepared a third party audit for approximately 370km of pipeline, building a custom built data capture form to drive efficiency for Origin Energy.

We also worked with Neoen to undertake infill ecology surveys, assess offset sites and create project specific Management Plans for the Kaban Green Power Hub.

By combining the power of regional knowledge and insights, we help our customers navigate the uncertainties of Queensland regulations and facilitate compliance with ease and agility.
