As a Professional Ecologist, George offers consulting experience across a broad range of terrestrial flora, fauna projects and aquatic assessments throughout urban and regional Queensland across a wide range of sectors including oil & gas, defence, aviation, civil construction, urban development and natural resource management.

With extensive skills, George brings significant practical experience in the field conducting threatened and general terrestrial flora and fauna surveys, vegetation mapping, biocondition assessments, pre-clearance surveys, regional ecosystem verification and GIS analyses.

At E2M, George is focused on developing his project management skills to undertake environmental assessments for our clients in the government, mining and renewables sectors, extending his ecological skillsets to incorporate targeted surveys for threatened flora and fauna, regional ecosystem assessments, biocondition assessments, habitat condition assessments and comprehensive weed surveys.

George is also working towards becoming a ‘suitably qualified person’ for targeted flora assessments in Queensland to provide value to clients requiring a Protected Plants Survey.

  • Bachelor of Biological Sciences (double major: botany and ecology) (honours)
