Tess is a Graduate Ecologist with a blend of ecological and commercial expertise. At E2M, she conducts ecological assessments consisting of identifying flora and fauna, surveying rehabilitated sites, and assessing habitats of endangered wildlife. Tess is deeply dedicated to wildlife conservation and committed to safeguarding threatened species, aiming to contribute positively towards biodiversity levels.

Through actively undertaking fieldwork across a range of projects, Tess is focusing her analytical capabilities within the energy & resources and government sectors. Her goal is to continue cultivating professional skills to provide innovative and effective conservation approaches that ensure balanced environmental outcomes for our clients.
